Chernco’s CNC machine shop is equipped with over 12 CNC lathes and mills, allowing us to undertake a wide range of work. Quality is assured through our tailored in-house QA system that performs first part and regular production quality checking.
Accurate products with efficient cost and lead time
We have multiple jobbing machine cells as well as two fully automated robotics loading cells that are able to feed multi axis lathes with blanks of up to 20kg and machining centers with parts up to 500kg.

2 x horizontal Mills (400 & 800 pallets)
8 x CNC lathes up to 2 m x 630mm max part size and multiple multi spindle machines up to 8 axis, bar feeding up to 100mm.
1 x fully automated robotic lathe cell (3 lathes + Robot with parts up to 30 kg)
1 x fully automated Mill Cell (2 mills 1 robot with parts up to 700 kg)
4 x NC presses for product assembly
